CALDWELL SCHOOL DISTRICT #132 KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

All elementary schools will be holding kindergarten registration on

Date: Wednesday, April 13th, 2016,
Time: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In order to register your student you will need the following:

• Birth certificate
• Immunizations
• Proof of Residency (lease agreement or utility bill)

Students must enroll in their assigned zone.

Students must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2016.
