Happy February! Valentine's day is coming up on February 14th. Each of our grade level teacher teams will communicate soon about if, how, and when Valentines will be celebrated. Most will be exchanging messages or cards. Some may make their own in class.
Please do not send any food, candy, or treats.
No outside visitors will be allowed in classrooms.
While your child needs to know all the time that you love them, please save any individual messages or gifts for your own child for home. Please don’t send them to school. They are not really helpful in a classroom, and sometimes can be hurtful for your child or their peers.
We love our Sacajawea families.
Thanks
Mr. Webster

Familias de Sacajawea-
¡Feliz febrero!
Gracias,
Sr. Webster
How come the kids aren’t able to do even the little valentines suckers or dipin sticks or pixie sticks or anything like that? I understand home baked goods not being allowed. But not even the store stuff is being not allowed? What are the kids gonna have left for regular traditions? They are loosing out on enough as is…… Heck little boy can’t even have a design in there hair now days….. what next little girls can’t wear nail polish?????
ReplyDeleteSo the kids can't send any valentine's treats?
ReplyDeleteThat's correct. No food. Teachers have communicated about cards.
