2020-2021 Kindergarten Sign Up

Parents of children who will be age 5 by Sept. 1, 2020 and live in the Caldwell School District, please sign up your child before May 8. 

In August, parents/guardians will need to provide immunization records, birth certificates, & other information to finalize registration.

Please sign up your child for kindergarten any one of three ways:

• Fill out a short form: bit.ly/kg-csd-2020
• Register with the district's student information system Skyward skyward.caldwellschools.org/enroll.html
• Fill out a paper form curbside at schools during the dates and times shown below. If you need a different time to complete paper form please email the contact for the school.
• Sacajawea's Drive Up-Registration Times:
• May 4 - 5 to 7 p.m.
• May 5 - 10 to 11:30 a.m.
• May 8 - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Inscripción de Kinder / Jardín de infancia 2020-21

Padres de niños que cumplirán 5 años antes del 1 de septiembre de 2020 y que vivan en el Distrito Escolar de Caldwell, por favor, inscriban a su hijo antes del 8 de mayo.

En agosto, los padres / tutores deberán proporcionar registros de vacunación, certificados de nacimiento y otra información para finalizar el registro.

Por favor inscriba a su hijo en el jardín de infantes (Kindergarten) en una de estas tres maneras:

• Complete un breve formulario: bit.ly/kg-csd-2020 o
• Regístrese en el sistema de información estudiantil del distrito Skyward skyward.caldwellschools.org/enroll.html o
• Complete un formulario en la acera en las escuelas durante las fechas y horas que se muestran a continuación. Si necesita un horario diferente para completar el formulario en papel, por favor envíe un correo electrónico al contacto de la escuela.
