The first-grade classes did a science experiment to see what would happen if they put some chemicals on charcoal. Prior to the experiment, they had to predict what they thought would happen. They made the following predictions:
-The charcoal would turn gray.
-It would catch on fire.
-It would explode.
-The charcoal would turn into water.
-The charcoal would turn into oil.
-The charcoal would turn into a tornado.
