Lost and Found - Last Chance for December Lost Items - Donated Tomorrow

The items in the attached photos will be donated at the end of the day tomorrow (2/1). These items have been in lost and found since before winter break. Mrs. Brown has everything sitting INSIDE the computer lab today and tomorrow, so if kids want to claim something, they need to come IN to the computer lab.

Thank you!

World Read Aloud Day - Feb 1, 2019

We are looking forward to marking World Read Aloud Day this Friday in a pretty obvious way. Mrs. Olsen and I (Mr. Webster) will be reading in a number of classes this Thursday and Friday.

I've gathered together a pile of old favorites and maybe new favorites.  I've got my eye out for a few more. There are so many great ones.
When our three daughters were younger, we read 3 stories out loud every night.  Great stories (and a few duds).  Great memories.

Read aloud with your kids, or have them read aloud to you.  It matters.

Top 5 Attendance Classes - Last Week - Ending 1/25

We have been recognizing our classes who have the highest percentage attendance for the week.  This includes every kid plus the teacher for the whole week.

You'll notice that we have been posting class pictures of the Top 5 classes in the hall every week. We thought we'd share the top five on social media as well.  You can see the bar is quite high.

Last Week (1/22-1/25) our Top 5 highest attendance classes were:
#1 - Braun AM Kg - 100% Attendance - 0 Absences
#2 - Prall 2nd Grade - 98% Attendance - 2 Absences
#3 - Hoilien 3rd Grade - 97% Attendance - 3 Absences
#4 - Rohall 1st Grade - 97% Attendance - 3 Absences
